TWO days to go before the Race Weekend.

My training program is going well. I have been wearing my new running shoes for 3 days to make sure they are well broken in.

I am looking forward to a great day with the other EWB Ottawa runners...

I have thrown my hat in the ring - and joined other Engineer's Without Borders Ottawa members and friends participating in the Inaugural (for Ottawa) Run to End Poverty
